Vodafone is one of a fifth biggest telecommunication company in the world
As a provider of digital connection, Vodafone is always improving its services. Vodafone hired me to improve the usability and the engagement of its new digital services, including a new mobile app.
1. I start with workshops to gather business requirements and user stories.
2. I mapped the user stories on design and prototypes.
3. I A/B tested the prototypes to validate the assumptions. I also used the testing to validate the users’ needs.
4. I played back the research and I suggest the recommendations
