As a provider of digital connection, Vodafone is always improving its services. Vodafone hired me to improve the usability and the engagement of its new digital services, including a new mobile app.
I start with workshops to gather business requirements and user stories. Each application is built upon users’ need. I used A/B testing to validate the assumptions. For some features, I went to lab testing with in-depth interviews and guerilla testing in Vodafone’s shops. When the participants validate the prototypes, I made relevant recommendations
